If your
first question is: “How much does it cost?”* please stop reading and move on to
something else because you’re thinking is all wrong. It’s not that we’re “expensive”;
we’re about a fraction of the price you’d pay by getting your education from
the TV gurus that continually up-sell you and get you involved in more and more
coaching. (We’re not saying that’s wrong necessarily, it’s their business
model; not ours).
It’s that when you ask questions like that, we know that
your mind in a bit “warped” and you’ll continue getting out of life what you’ve
been getting unless you start thinking like the wealthy think. A better
question would be “How much will I make?”
A good question would be “Do I get all of the help I need to
do actual deals?” The answer would be a resounding “Yes!” because we have a
community of like-minded investors who help one another as alumni; we even
travel the world’s beaches together!
Another good question would be: “What quality of education
would I receive?” We can tell you that it is the best real estate investing
education available today and we have a very high BBB rating. But we want you
to know this for sure before you start with us.
Everything is done online- your interview and your classes.
Your interview is completed in 3 sessions with the first two available as
recorded versions if you can’t make the live sessions (the third has to be live
so you’ll be able to get you questions answered before speaking by phone with
your mentor/coach; and no, you don’t pay extra for this!).
Your classes are online and accessible 24/7 so you can do
them at any time that fits your schedule. You can be doing deals with in a few
months even while you are taking classes!
We also offer financing and creative ways for you to pay
your tuition. Actually one way is helping us market the school. Depending on
what course package you sell, you’ll realize commissions of $1,000 to $10,000
per sale!
If you want to create a life of freedom, work only a few
days a month, and enjoy more time with your friends and family, then real
estate investing is for you. But, don’t think that this won’t take some work on
your part. We have systems in place that will help you become successful but
you need to follow our system and do the work.
If you can’t go through a 3 step interview process to
research our school, and how we do business, then again I must tell you to please
move on. I only say this because we get a lot of response to our marketing and
just as with anything else, more people than not, lack the will to succeed. They
are not strong, are not disciplined or don't believe in themselves enough to even make it
through the 3 step interview process! They make assumptions and tell themselves
that they can’t do something without getting all of the facts. If you want to
live to be, do and have what others only wish about, don’t let that be you.

The second session is about 45 minutes in length which is really a “Wealth Webinar” that we could probably charge you for but we don’t because we also incorporate an introduction to the school and what, how and why we do things the way we do. And the third session can be a bit longer because we cover the marketing option where you can make money outside of attending the school or use it to fund your way through your classes. (That's the $1,000 to $10,000 commissions I mentioned earlier. If you are not getting checks like that or getting paid twice weekly, you definitely need to listen to this). The third session is also where we answer everyone’s questions so it’s hard to know exactly when it will get done.

with your mentor which will continue to work with you through your first deal
and longer if you need it; and it’s at no additional cost.
